A state-certified inspector from the local health department (LHD) inspected this facility following the complaint referral from the state Health Department. No significant negative findings were noted. The manager of the facility noted, when questioned, that there were no recent complaints from the public and no reports of worker illnesses. The ill food worker policy was reviewed with no noted areas of concern. Past inspection records showed no major debit items that needed to be revisited. The LHD Public Health Nurse attempted to reach complainant perform a food alert follow-up with 72 hour food history, but received no response. Case closed April 11, 2018-no further action.
