sick today suspecting a hot dog from here ate hot dog around 4:45pm. pain in upper stomach/abdominal region started within a couple of hours of eating followed by nausea. Did my best to not vomit. Went to bed and kept having stomach pain with waves of sweat. Diarrhea began after midnight and has continued every few hours since (now nearly noon the next day) still having some waves of nausea. still have the pain in my upper stomach/abdominal region. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Sweating
