Sonic Milkshake Illness Recurrence - Sonic, Cheyenne Wyoming

I've eaten at sonic twice now, and became violently ill shortly after. The first was in Wyoming. I had a milkshake, but it tasted off. Foamy, almost. But I was starving, and downed it anyway. The next three days, I couldn't keep anything down. I was running a slight fever. I tried again, much later at a Sonic in Charlotte- and while the food initially tasted ok, again I was violently ill. I don't have a sensitive stomach whatsoever, and have never experienced this before. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
