Additional information: Wednesday morning on 9/25 I had just gotten off work didn’t eat much overnight. So I went to sonic. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and with sausage. I ate the sandwich about 45 mins later because I had to get my daughter’s tire fixed down the street. On my way home I finished the sandwich, I got home showered too my vitamins and layed down. Roughly an hour later I started vomiting profusely, non stop and went to ER at 10pm. I was severely dehydrated, couldn’t sleep almost aspirated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
