I bought ox liver and pap yesterday at Spar Ghandi, the smell wasn’t pleasant but I ate anyway, immediately after eating I felt like I wanted to vomit. I was off the whole day and decided to drink water to make the food go down, it was literally on my throat. At night I slept but I could feel I’m not well…then around 2am..I started having stomach cramps and running tummy. As a result, I didn’t go to work today. I’m still running to the bathroom 😭 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
