My wife and I became ill 24 hours after taking a flight from the US to the ADD airport in Ethiopia. From there where we were allowed access to the silver lounge where we ate and then proceeded to get on another Ethiopian flight to Johannesburg. This all occurred on May 25 in the May 26.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My sister orders Macdonald online. I eat the burger as I was drinking the coke I saw some dirty things in my straw, I stopped drinking at 3 am in the morning of 23 October 2024 I had running time and I started vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

We were 4 who ate at this restaurant on Saturday August 10 around 8:30pm and all 4 of us developed the following symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain in the hours that followed during our Air Austral flight to Réunion.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
