on Sat. 4/25/19 I stopped at the ext 25 Speedway to get gas & a Slushie, I got the Mango because the rest were going around not frozen & I had no choices. I got a drink, payed, pumped my gas and hit I-75 to the next Corbin, Ky exit 28 & drove to Lowes. By the time I got there my head was pounding & my stomach was feeling woozie. I hurried through Lowes & drove back to Williamsburg,ky/Home and I hit the bathroom sick at both ends & head pounding. This is Thursday and I am still sick w/diarrhea & stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
