Spicy Chicken: Severe Symptoms - McDonald's, Cross Lanes West Virginia

Approximately 6 hours after eating Spicy McChicken sandwich from McDonald's I began having horrible stomach cramps, explosive watery diarrhea and so much projectile vomiting that I am now vomiting bile. I did not have mayo on the sandwich.
