At Thursday night on 18/12/06 around 6 pm , I had the spicy and sour noodle and chicken gizzards. Then around 9 pm my stomach was super upset and I felt extremely painful when i was watching a show. I passed out on my way to the restroom for a couple of minutes because of the pain. I had terrible diarrhea and vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
