Had spinach artichoke dip. After the first few bites, I noticed the taste was a bit off, and my boyfriend agreed after trying one small bite. Stopped eating it immediately but aflready was having bad stomach cramping and gurgling. Been up all night with intense nausea and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
