Riverfront mall Panda Express around 1pm. I had the noodles and honeywalnut shrimp. I started to feel ill around 3:30 and started to puke from 4-11 pm not to mention I had extreme cramping in my stomach and loose stool. I would have gone to the ER except I couldn't leave the toilet. I had nothing else to throw up but the water I drank so it made it easier. I had a huge headache and im not sure if it was from the violent puking. Next morning I still feel slight cramping and nausea. I believe it was the shrimp bc I remember thinking something wasn't right when eating it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
