I had mild diarrhea after eating 1/3 of a deli sandwich with pesto on Tuesday evening. I ordered the same sandwich again on Thursday evening and have full blown food poisoning (it’s now Friday night). My colleague ate the same sandwich, but without pesto and was fine. I think the pesto sauce is to blame. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
