I purchased a Pumpkin Pie from the bakery department Sprouts brand for 6.99. Upon eating one piece I found myself burping bloated and nauseous to the point I had to make myself vomit. Then I ate the pie again with coconut whipped cream from Sprouts thinking it was fine then I had cramps and diarrhea for 2 days off and on. I am eating probiotics trying to get my microbiome well again. I was unaware of how much Carrageenan was in the pie and the coconut whipped cream which is carcinogenic to the gut and can cause allergy and inflammation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Burping
