Bought a salisbury steak dinner (steak, mashed potatoes, broccolli/beans mix). Prepared it for dinner per the instructions, and four hours after consuming it, I had vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, felt flushed/hot. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
