- comments: observed no hot water in 1st floor girl's toilet room near cafeteria. Hot water was measured at 68 f in toilet room. Instructed manager to ensure hot water in all hand washing sinks has a minimum temperature of 100 f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
