Probably not the americano, which is just espresso and water. What else did you eat in the past 48 hours?

Coffee, whether brewed at home or store-bought, could be a source of food poisoning. Coffee products bought in-store could contain contaminated milk or could have mold or bacteria growing in the water wand resulting in infection and illness.
