It took about 1.5 hours for my symptoms to hit HARD. Not sure if they used the wrong milk (I ordered non dairy) or if it was bad or what. 1.5 hours later=bad news. Stomach cramps, shakes, and horrendous diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Shaking
