Panini Prompted Severe Illness - Starbucks, London England

On February 14th my partner and I bought 4 items from this starbucks: water, lemonade and 2 mozzarella and basil panini's. We both ate nothing prior to this, and ate both food items in their entirety. Following this, around 2 hours later, my partner began experiencing SEVERE stomach pains and cramps and had to run to the nearest toilet to excrete it. He continued to complain of more stomach pain after this. Then, it started to hit me- severe sweating, cramps, stomach aches, nausea, and lightheadedness. I had to exit the uber immediately (mid journey) to run to the toilet where I had experienced the same diarrhoea and even vomitted in combination with this. This continued for both of us throughout the entire day, just as bad as the start and disrupting the entirety of our plans. I have never experienced anything to this degree before and would never eat this again. There is nothing else this can be tied to as we both hadn't eaten ANYTHING else.
