I went to Starbucks at about 1:30 pm and received a mozzarella basil and tomato sandwich eat it and then four hours later felt nauseous and vomited. I had no other symptoms other than this incident and did not vomit at all later in the day pointing to the sandwich being the culprit of the issue as it did not eat anything else after the sandwich and do not believe it is from a virus. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
