I bought a large hot chocolate with soya milk from the Starbucks in Manchester Piccadilly Train Station. Later that night I felt sick and went to the bathroom to find out I had diarrhoea. I went to bed and at around 2am I ran to the bathroom and projectile vomited four times. I was with my friend and we had eaten the same foods that day minus the fact she didn't have the drink. So I know the poisoning came from that. The next two days my muscles were aching and my chest was very tight and it was difficult to breathe and walk for even a short period of time. I also felt very weak and drowsy and kept drifting off multiple times. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
