Grabbed an iced green tea & grilled cheese sandwich before leaving town to drive to Dallas. About 3 hours into the drive I started getting nauseous. Diarrhea a few times on the road. 6 hours after consumption nausea, vomiting, low grade fever, chills, & diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
