I just have extreme abdominal cramping/ gas
It was after drinking a tall skinny cinnamon dolce late and eating an egg white breakfast sandwich on a whole grain Eng muffin. Everything tasted great, but 30 min after eating and drinking I felt horrible | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas, Cramps
