Frappuccino Mix-up Leads Illness - Starbucks, Cincinnati Ohio

9 years ago reported by user-vrrb9151

Starbucks, Madison Road, Cincinnati, OH, United States

3783-3799 Edwards Road, Cincinnati, 45244 Ohio, United States

I ordered a tall salted caramel mocha frapp. I said it clearly 5 times, the guy confirmed it after asking me again, he wrote it on the cup. I received a hot drink in a coffee cup that tasted of burnt, rubbery coffee and artificial sweetener. I didn't complain or take it back. 2 hours later, I started having bowel cramps and diarrhea, as well as horrible nausea and acid reflux. I don't think I'll ever go to Starbucks again- I am not enticed after my pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Acid reflux
