Ate a protein to go box. Started feeling cramps and hot flashes within 10 min. Cramps worsened, nausea kicked in hard along with acid reflux. 1 hour later all lights seemed extra bright, then the puking and pooping. :'( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Acid reflux
