My 4 year old went to chick fil a with 3 of her friends. They all ate lunch. 48 hours later they all started having nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills. My daughter is still sick 4 days later. I have contacted the health department.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
