After consuming fries with meat and tacos I went back to work and within 30-45 minutes I needed to go to the bathroom. I had to poop and during my shift it kept happening. Watery-like stool and then I felt nauseous and eventually when I got home I laid down and couldn’t get up anymore and when I got up I was so hot and chill feeling I checked my temperature and it was 100.3. I never have had fever so I was alarmed. I had no appetite to eat and ultimately lost energy to do anything and my whole body felt so weak! I only eat at Del Taco and it was a mistake! I want my money back please. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
