I picked up an impossible breakfast sandwich and a coffee about 11 am March 14th 2022. Came home to eat the sandwich and began my work from home routine. About 3 pm felt odd and it got worse began throwing up and then my tummy was making strange sounds ended up in the bathroom for some time. Felt awful and a bad headache. Next day feel weak and still some headache. Never had anything like this before. It was the only thing I ate that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
