I purchased an ancho chipotle chicken sandwich around noon and since I've eaten it I have been vomiting all day, have severe nausea, sweating/feel feverish and weak, as well as diarrhea. This is unacceptable and I know it's from the sandwich bc it's the only thing I've ate all day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating
