PRO TIP: keep a Zofran prescription on hand if you are able to get one. helps the nausea feeling almost instantly and has prevented me from actually vomiting before. Also drinking a little bit of apple cider vinegar in cold water can help too. anyway. pretty sure the bacon gouda sandwich has made me feel sick today. I had nothing else to eat before this and have been feeling like I need to run to the bathroom and also feel very bloated and uncomfortable all evening. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating

"Activated Charcoal" is much better and it's OTC. You can get it on Amazon or local health stores. It absorbs toxins before they get absorbed into the bloodstream. The quicker, the better.
