Every time I drink a mango dragonfruit from any location. I have diarrhea, headache, nausea, and chest pain. This is at all San Antonio locations. I thought these symptoms were the cause of something else and after visiting the ER I was cleared for any underlying causes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Chest Pain

If it happens at every location, you have an allergy to something in the drink. It’s not poisoning! Kind of unfair to blame Starbucks!
BUD, STOP DRINKING THEM
This is an allergy, the ER does not have the capabilities to properly diagnose you, only just to stabilize you. Please see your primary care provider and ask for a referral to an allergist.
