I had a Chicken Quinoa Salad Bowl for lunch around 1pm on 8/15/17. Within the hour I was making frequent bathroom trips. I started to get a headache and feel nauseous around 5pm but nothing serious. I then went to a work out class from 6:30-7:15 where the entire time I was trying not to throw up or pass out. Assumed it was because I was out of shape. Then came home around 8pm and had to run to the bathroom as I felt like I had no control over going number two. Started violently throwing up shortly after. It's 6:30am the next day, I still have yet to sleep due to my frequent bathroom trips every 20 minutes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
