Hasn't eaten anything for 12+ hours and had a unsweet green tea and a bacon a gouda sandwich, within 3.5 hours i was experiencing sweating, dizziness, and diarrhea as well as severe cramping | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating
