I don’t think it’s food poisoning. I think you need to see a doctor. Food poisoning wouldn’t last that long. You can be having a gallbladder attack or appendicitis

It's important to note that anyone that is experiencing signs of dehydration or blood in stool for more than 72 hours should be evaluated medically and seek medical help if they suspect something unusual about the symptoms they are experiencing.
