My husband purchased it about two months ago. He said it was either from Kroger 12620 Normandy or Walmart 5655 East Sam Houston Pkwy N. Those are the only two places we shop. I got a lot worse, fever went up to 104. I started taking Azithromycin and it's getting better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
