Both I and my fiancee had shrimp cocktail on the night of Sunday July 26. My fiancee developed nausea and intestinal pain the next morning and went to the hospital ER, was treated and released. It took me until Wed am when I developed severe nausea and cramping, went to ER but was admitted with dehydration and partial bowel obstruction. Released after two days of hospitalization. The restaurant denies that the meal was the issue because it took 2 1/2 for my symptoms to occur. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
