Deli department doesn't make fresh salads they put paper over salads and meat over night and stir up re use next day until it smells or un edible they change times on chickens to a fresh time every few hours so a chicken may say for example 5:00pm but could be from 10:30am some workers don't use gloves I've personally seen meat drop and be picked up and used again i was employee here I quit but I seen all this and more
