Lasagna Illness Recurrence - Stouffer, Magalia California

Purchased Large Family Size Stouffer's Classic Lasagna with Meat & Sauce yesterday afternoon, and stored it in my freezer until this evening. Prepared via directions for micro-bake. Three family members are, all three were having diarrhea within 2 hours of eating. My son arrived from out of town minutes before dinner, so it's highly unlikely that we all came down with the same bug at the same time. This is the second time this happened with this lasagna.
