I ordered the carnitas nachos from this place and a few hours later I felt nauseous on October 24th 2021. Then I had more food for dinner and thought that I ate too much of the nachos. Next day I still felt nauseous and ate breakfast and lunch. A few hours after lunch I threw up all the food from the previous day (October 24th) and today (October 25th). I now have diarrhea and my stomach is hurting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
