Additional information: I had Subway last night. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and it was delicious but today I have severe stomach pain that radiates up to my chest like heartburn and I'm nauseous. I suspect food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
