On 12/21/15. Ordered Italian BMT at the subway located inside the Walmart super center. Got food poisoning. Diarrhea. Missed work. Stomach pain. Horrible feeling | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
