Subway Bologna Sub Illness - Subway,

I went to the Subway at the Loves (store #279) and I ordered a bologna Sub and after that I have been suffering so much. This happend over a week ago and I still feel bad and I ended up in the hospital. I found the receipt and that is how I got the address and such. I was poisoned on March 10, 2014. I have a phobia of Subway, I do not think I will eat at Subway ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
