- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed inadequate hot water in the toilet rooms, temperature of hot water at the time of the inspection was 60. 1f. Instructed to always maintain 100f at all times at all hand washing sinks. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
