On 16 September 2019 at about 4:05pm, i went to outlet to get my meal, 6 inch honey oats melt and one chocolate chip cookie. I felt nauseated about 1-2 hours after consuming the food. Went home early from work. Had extreme stomach pain on the way home and vomited. Vomited every 20mins and had diarrhoea. On 17 September, still having diarrhoea and feeling very weak. That was the one meal i had that day except for a few gummy bears in the morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
