Food Safety Report - Subway, Mobile Alabama

I’m reaching out to report a potential case of food poisoning to ensure no one else experiences this.

On the evening of November 15th, I ate at Subway (3361 Cottage Hill Rd Suite C, Mobile, AL 36606) for dinner. The following morning, I woke up feeling nauseous and had diarrhea. Initially, I thought it was a minor issue, but my symptoms progressively worsened. I began vomiting green bile and experiencing chills. I also became anxious about my condition, which led to shortness of breath. After calming myself down, I managed to sleep.

On November 16th, I continued to experience the same symptoms. I attempted to visit urgent care but had to leave because I forgot my health insurance card and was unable to return before they closed.

By the morning of November 17th, my symptoms had escalated. I was dry heaving, dizzy, and unable to keep anything in my stomach. I visited urgent care, where I underwent blood work, an X-ray, and a urine test. While the X-ray and urine test results were normal, I am still awaiting the results of the blood work.

I wanted to bring this to your attention as I suspect it may be related to the food I consumed, and I hope this information can help prevent others from going through a similar experience. Please let me know if you need any further details.
