Food Safety Report: Subway.

On Feb 9,2016 around five thirty I went to subway and ordered the meatball marinara with nothing added on to it except additional parmesan.... My sympotms of nausea started around 8:30pm on Feb,9. The next morning I threw up the sand which and continued throwing up every hour on the hour just about ..... I still feel very nauseous... I don't know if I did get food poisoning, but if I'm only throwing up that then what else could it be? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
