Additional information: I had a meatball marinara at Dover on Saturday and developed stomach cramps a few hours later. Now I still have diarrhoea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Did you know that food poisoning can take up to 3 days before you have symptoms. Think about what you had the 3 days before.

Hi, thanks for your comment - but this is not entirely true. You CAN get sick from food that quickly. If the contamination is chemical or physical symptoms can start within minutes. If it is biological contamination it can start as fast as 30 minutes (e.g. staph). Other types of contamination can take longer, it all depends on what it was, but it can be fast!
My kids had the same issue after eating there, Italian BMT. Vomiting and diarrhea; we won't go back.
