BMT & Cool Ranch Illness - Subway,

Ordered 6 inch bMt with cool ranch doritos felt sick about an hour after. Later towards end of day chills started coming, fever, vomiting green ( has to be from lettuce ) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
