I frequent this store regularly as I work nearby. Purchased a BMT on Friday 6th January 2023 at 12:44pm. I noted when eating it that it didn’t taste normal (I eat them regularly, it didn’t taste bad just not normal). Over the next few hours the lunch starting repeating on me (burping up the food taste). I had to leave work around 4pm as I was feeling very ill. Had to lay down as soon as I got home. Around 6pm I projectile vomited 5-6 times. Over the next 24hours I had severe nausea, diarrhea, severe thirst, and just felt generally terrible. A few days later and i’m only just staring to feel normal again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping
