Subway, La Paz, Laguna Niguel, CA 92766
Ate lunch @ 12:30 pm @ home. Felt great. Went to Subway around 3:00 pm pst & got a chocolate chip cookie (1). Ate it on the way to my walk. Walk lasted 1 1/2 hrs. bloating & gas on way back to car. Diarrhea continually for 2-3 hrs. Urge to vomit, did not. Weakness, EXTEME sweating! Dizzy. Cramping severe. I'm 66 yrs old, felt weakness, had to lay on floor. Thought of calling paramedics but rode it out. Ended about 7:30 - 8:00 pm. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness, Sweating, Bloating, Diarrhea
