Today, about an hour ago, immediately after eating a sandwich. Suddenly became dizzy and extreme nausea set in with a slight headache. My eyes felt crossed. Felt weak. Wondered if my sandwich had been drugged. It was so scary. Almost called ambulance. Just threw up and having the trots.
